Mushrooms don't belong in baking

Was given these as a snack at work and did not think I needed to check cookies for my mushroom allergy. I was wrong and my epipen had to be used. Who puts mushrooms in a sweet baked good?!?

Not very appetizing

They have a grainy texture to them. And I expected the red velvet to be a chocolate base like red velvet cake, but it doesn't seem to be. But they are soft and have the chips in them.

Taste Enhanced with Goodness

I discovered MadeGood cookies by accident when they were offered to me as a snack after a procedure at my doctor's office. They were so delicious that I kept the wrapper for future reference. Finding out that they were organic, nut free, and school-friendly, I promptly ordered some for my grandson. Now, both of us enjoy them.
